Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Program Management Office (PMO) in a remote capacity, the full-time Technical Business Analyst will manage technical documentation, requirements gathering, and delivery throughout the software development lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation across the PMO
• Translate business and technical needs into structured Jira epics, features, and user stories
• Create detailed workflows, diagrams, and process maps using Microsoft Visio

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience as a technical business analyst or similar role in complex IT programs
• Exceptional technical-writing skills with experience in clear and actionable documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating sophisticated workflows and diagrams
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional software development lifecycles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced IT environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
