- Translate business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of small to mid-level technical projects
- Perform business and systems gap analysis, and build detailed workflows
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience translating business requirements into technical documentation
- Solid understanding of ROI and level of effort (LOE) estimation
- Knowledge of the Sabre system including bookings and PNR management
- Experience with project coordination and delivery in a technical environment
