Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing advisory practice, the full-time Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager will manage multiple customer engagements, gather and translate functional business requirements into software solutions, and maintain expertise in Sage Intacct software while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships to design and support the development of software solutions, ensuring high satisfaction and successful adoption
• Gather requirements from key stakeholders, define solutions, and collaborate with development teams for testing and implementation
• Conduct training for end-users and document business requirements into software solutions utilizing best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS, or computer science
• Five (5)+ years of experience with Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or as a business analyst
• Experience communicating with customers and technical teams regarding system issues and software deployment
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and macros
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred
