Technical Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise Data Engineering initiatives, the remote contract Technical Business Systems Analyst IV will gather and document business and technical requirements, translate them into actionable specifications, and facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and process documentation
- Support system integration initiatives by documenting data movement and interface requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise applications and data solutions
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL and data governance
- Proficiency with process modeling and diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
