Job Summary
Supporting DNA implementations and technical consulting engagements, the full-time remote Product Consulting and Technical Client Implementations Advisor will lead client onboarding, assess business processes, and design scalable implementation solutions for financial institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead DNA implementation and configuration activities for new clients, mergers, and strategic consulting engagements
- Consult with financial institutions to evaluate operational workflows, technical requirements, and platform configuration needs
- Design and execute conversion validation strategies, ensuring data integrity and successful implementation outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in core banking implementations, conversions, or financial technology solutions
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with DNA functionality, including configuration and client-facing implementation activities
- 6+ years of experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation designs and documentation
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
