Technical Communications Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on communicator, the full-time Technical Communications Lead will create and manage engaging content for Lean FRO's external communications, including social media presence and technical content production, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Lean FRO's public presence across various channels, managing an editorial calendar and audience engagement
• Create and edit technical content such as videos, written posts, and visual explanations from developer discussions and documentation
• Improve public understanding by addressing misconceptions and providing clear, evidence-based explanations in collaboration with technical experts

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in producing and editing technical content, including videos and written materials
• Strong technical curiosity and aptitude to learn complex subjects and engage with technical experts
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage content projects from idea to publication
• Sound judgment in responding to audience feedback and prioritizing content focus
• Experience in communicating about programming languages, mathematics, or software engineering is especially valuable
