Job Summary
Owning the systems and support workflows, the remote Builder Operations Associate will manage day-to-day technical community operations across Base's Discord and Reddit, ensuring timely responses to builder inquiries and developing scalable processes for community engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical community operations on Discord and Reddit, ensuring builder questions are triaged and resolved consistently
- Design and implement structured ticketing and escalation systems for technical support requests
- Build and maintain community infrastructure, including channels, roles, permissions, and automation tools
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in technical community operations, developer support, or related roles, preferably in crypto or open-source software
- Hands-on experience administering large Discord communities, including bots and workflow automation
- Experience managing technical communities on Reddit, including moderation tools and governance
- Working knowledge of onchain development concepts such as wallets and smart contracts
- Ability to troubleshoot technical questions and communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences
