Seeking a full-time Technical Consultant to work remotely, who will define, manage, and execute the technical aspects of automation and integration for software solutions, collaborating directly with customers to design and maintain integrations while delivering high-impact consulting services.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build solutions using TeamDynamix products for clients
- Gather and document integration requirements, collaborating with clients to validate solutions
- Provide proactive technical support and problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 1-3+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions engineering in SaaS environments
- 3+ years of experience working directly with customers in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and web services
- Experience with iPaaS platforms or no-code/low-code automation tools (preferred)
