Technical Consultant
Job Summary
Driving customer success in a remote capacity, the full-time Technical Consultant will leverage specialized knowledge of Logi's products to deliver onboarding experiences, design and develop software solutions, and serve as the go-to product expert for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent onboarding experiences by training customers on product features and implementation
- Design and develop software solutions from requirements gathering to delivery using Logi Analytics products
- Document and recommend best practices while advocating for customer needs internally
Required qualifications
- Experience mapping customer requirements to software solutions
- Experience providing technical consulting on data-centric web applications
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
- Proficiency in relational databases and back-end technologies such as Java EE and ASP.Net MVC
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent industry experience
