Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support the implementation of innovative energy solutions, the full-time Technical Consultant will manage customer training, testing, and adoption processes while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing, training, and adoption plans, ensuring customer readiness and understanding of new solutions
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities, manage defect tracking, and communicate release updates to stakeholders
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions, gathering user feedback to enhance customer adoption of new processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, education, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in software implementation, quality assurance, customer training, or change management
• Proficiency in developing test scenarios, scripts, and training materials
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
