Job Summary
Supporting customer implementations and integrations, the full-time Technical Consultant will configure, test, and troubleshoot Unanet Connect and other solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and implement integrations, following documented standards and customer requirements
- Document data flows, field mappings, and dependencies while assisting with integration discovery and requirements gathering
- Troubleshoot integration issues, communicate findings, and manage assigned work across multiple customer projects
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, software implementation, or integration development
- Foundational knowledge of software integrations and troubleshooting methods
- Working familiarity with REST APIs and integration workflow tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing environment
