Job Summary
Seeking a motivated individual, the full-time remote Technical Consultant II will lead implementation projects, manage client relationships, and optimize system workflows while demonstrating expert knowledge of Rippling software.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the implementation project as a client-side resource
- Manage day-to-day project tasks for a client's successful payroll transition
- Configure workflows to optimize system buildout and provide custom system training for clients
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing, implementation role
- Expert knowledge of multiple modules within Rippling, including payroll implementation experience
- Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations
- Prior experience owning and leading multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
