Seeking a full-time remote Technical Content Producer, the candidate will create compelling content that articulates the advantages of a Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), including case studies, product one-sheets, and multimedia assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and produce marketing materials such as case studies, one-sheets, and product explainers
- Adapt core content into various formats for multi-channel distribution to maximize reach
- Produce short-form videos and multimedia assets, managing light design and video editing
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of content production experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or MSP sectors
- Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery
- Proven ability to quickly learn and translate complex technical domains into engaging content
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing technical content and multimedia projects
- Highly organized with effective asset management and versioning skills
