Technical Course Developer
Job Summary
To create engaging online learning experiences, the full-time Technical Course Developer will design, develop, and evaluate eLearning training courses and product instruction while collaborating with subject-matter experts and managing course content in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning courses, ensuring content is engaging and accessible for all learner levels
- Manage the technical development process, including programming, testing, and publishing of courses
- Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to create accurate course content and outlines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in eLearning development
- Proficiency with e-learning development software, particularly Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably LearnUpon
- Ability to publish eLearning courses as SCORM packages and translate technical documentation for non-technical users
