Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Technical Customer Engineer will serve as the technical escalation point for customer-reported issues, focusing on diagnosing complex integration problems, scripting solutions, and collaborating with the engineering team to implement fixes.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first technical responder for escalated customer issues, particularly those blocking integrations or deployments
- Debug real-world issues by inspecting API payloads, webhook logs, and OAuth exchanges
- Provide interim solutions such as code snippets, documentation updates, and configuration guidance
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years in technical support engineering, solutions engineering, DevOps, SRE, or adjacent engineering roles
- Client-facing experience with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong debugging skills across APIs, backend integrations, or authentication workflows
- Comfort writing lightweight scripts or tools to diagnose and unblock issues
- Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra, or similar
