Technical Delivery Lead

Job Summary

Owning technical delivery and management for a defined domain, the full-time remote Technical Delivery Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery while driving AI adoption and optimizing system functionality.

Key responsibilities:

• Prioritize team activities based on IT leadership priorities and manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards to ensure quality and scalability of software systems
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to optimize project deliverables and identify opportunities for improvement in technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Five years of systems management and analysis experience, with three years in Technology/Architecture leadership preferred
• Experience with NICE CXone in an enterprise contact center environment and implementing or supporting Cognigy AI or similar platforms
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills, along with experience in REST APIs and cloud/SaaS integrations
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management experience preferred
