Job Summary
Owning technical delivery and management for a defined domain, the full-time remote Technical Delivery Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery while prioritizing team activities and implementing automation strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritize team activities based on IT leadership priorities and represent IT in project meetings
- Implement and manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enhance delivery efficiency
- Identify opportunities for AI integration in testing and support its implementation across projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 9 years of quality engineering testing and analysis experience
- 7 years of experience in technology leadership preferred
- Experience with test automation tools and Agile methodologies required
- Knowledge of the healthcare domain and cloud technologies preferred
