Technical Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional team in a remote full-time capacity, the Technical Delivery Manager will oversee production operations support, ensuring technical and operational excellence while meeting service level agreements for a Department of War customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a cross-functional Production Operations Team, managing Customer Support, IT Management, Cybersecurity, and Configuration Control
- Communicate operational status and plans with the Government Customer and stakeholders, guiding the technical delivery of production support
- Track deliverables, manage the Agile Team backlog, and coordinate with Development Team Leadership to meet deployment deadlines
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen with previous experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government
- 8+ years of experience as a Project and/or Program Manager in software development or technology modernization
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Sprint Planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Active Tier 2 background investigation or higher completed within the previous 18 months
