Technical Deployment Lead
Job Summary
Driving long-term technical account success, the full-time Technical Deployment Lead will manage enterprise deployments, oversee cross-functional execution, and accelerate adoption and value realization while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end technical delivery by owning roadmaps, milestones, and acceptance criteria for timely enterprise deployments
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution by navigating teams to eliminate technical blockers and manage resource sequencing
- Accelerate adoption and value realization by mapping legacy workflows to platform capabilities and tracking deployment KPIs
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles managing complex enterprise SaaS or AI implementations
- Solid technical fluency in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams, managing risk and resource trade-offs
- Proven experience in designing governance frameworks and mapping workflows to software solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
