Technical Design Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex technical and operational design initiatives, the full-time remote Technical Design Manager will manage service delivery and organizational effectiveness by providing subject matter expertise, influencing cross-functional teams, and supporting continuous improvement across Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of operational and technical workflows to meet business and client requirements
- Serve as an Operational Setup Advisor by evaluating new programs and recommending scalable solutions
- Identify and improve processes to enhance quality, productivity, and client experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in technical operations, project implementation, or process improvement
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience within clinical research, laboratory services, or a regulated environment
- Five or more years of experience in project initiation or clinical-trial setup
