Technical Director
Job Summary
Leading critical projects and programs within the AI & Technology Service Line, the full-time Technical Director will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, manage client relationships, and drive measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and estimate projects while leading operational execution across the portfolio
- Manage client relationships and serve as the escalation point for delivery issues
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Required qualifications:
- Experience leading client delivery teams and building successful client relationships
- Proven ability to manage quality and margin within client accounts
- Deep familiarity with Cloud Native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, particularly in Generative AI
- Proficiency in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code within the Microsoft ecosystem
