Job Summary
As a full-time remote Technical Director of Product Success, the successful candidate will manage complex agentic AI escalations, provide architectural consulting to prevent deployment issues, and elevate team technical excellence while serving as a trusted advisor to customer executives.
Key responsibilities
- Front and resolve the most complex agentic AI escalations, ensuring a path-to-green for at-risk go-lives
- Design and validate agentic solution architectures, advising on best-practice patterns for reliable AI adoption
- Mentor engineers and codify reusable escalation playbooks and diagnostic tools to enhance team performance
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in root-cause diagnosis and resolution of complex production agentic AI systems
- Strong background in designing resilient agentic architectures and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customer executives during high-stakes situations
- Experience in creating and implementing technical playbooks and reference architectures
- Deep familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and modern agentic AI technologies
