Job Summary
Working remotely within select states, the full-time Technical Documentation Specialist will create, maintain, and govern technical documentation for IT and OT infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various documentation types.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and version control processes
- Document network architectures, deployment guides, and operational procedures
- Support cybersecurity documentation and compliance reporting aligned with industry standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of technical writing experience
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Visio, and Office applications
- Familiarity with NIST and Purdue frameworks
