Technical Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Eligibility Analyst will manage technical tasks that support the Eligibility Department, including loading Triple E files, manual eligibility updates, and providing quality service through accurate data entry and inquiry responses.

Key responsibilities

• Load Triple E files and perform manual eligibility updates as needed
• Timely and accurately enter or modify eligibility data in accordance with established procedures
• Respond to inquiries from employees, members, clients, and co-workers through various communication channels

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in eligibility
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
