Technical Eligibility Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Eligibility Department remotely, the full-time Technical Eligibility Analyst will manage technical tasks such as loading Triple E files, performing manual eligibility updates, and ensuring accurate data entry while responding to inquiries from employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Loading Triple E files and executing manual eligibility updates as required
• Entering and modifying eligibility data in accordance with established procedures and client requirements
• Responding to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries from employees, members, and clients

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of eligibility experience
• Exceptional data entry skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
