Job Summary

To support a remote team, the full-time Technical Eligibility Analyst will manage eligibility determination processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy while collaborating with clients and internal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process eligibility requests, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
• Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve eligibility issues and improve processes
• Utilize critical thinking to analyze data and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of eligibility experience
• Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems and effectively use MS Excel/Word
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to various system platforms
