Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Technical Eligibility Analyst will manage eligibility processes, ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process eligibility requests while maintaining high data accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and internal staff to resolve eligibility issues
• Adapt to various system platforms and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in eligibility
• Exceptional data entry skills with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
