Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Technical Eligibility Analyst will manage eligibility determinations, data entry, and client interactions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct eligibility assessments and ensure accurate data entry for client accounts
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve eligibility issues and improve processes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting related to eligibility determinations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of eligibility experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Ability to adapt to various system platforms and learn new proprietary systems
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
