Job Summary
Owning the development of a technical training program, the full-time Technical Enablement Engineer will work remotely to audit existing knowledge, build core curriculum, and run onboarding for sales teams in the voice AI infrastructure space.
Key responsibilities
- Audit current knowledge of AEs, SDRs, and presales to identify technical gaps in the sales process
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum covering LiveKit fundamentals and voice AI architecture
- Conduct technical onboarding and hands-on labs to ensure sellers can effectively demonstrate product capabilities
Required qualifications
- Senior-level engineer or technical founder with experience in shipping production software
- Proven track record of teaching or enabling technical content to non-engineers
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Fast learner with the capability to quickly adapt to new technologies
- Experience with voice AI, WebRTC, or real-time systems is a plus
