Technical Enablement Manager
Job Summary
Driving strategic enablement initiatives, the full-time Technical Enablement Manager will enhance customer adoption, retention, and account expansion by collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing hands-on training programs in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver technical enablement programs, including lab environments and live demos for customer-facing roles
- Oversee the onboarding program to ensure new hires achieve key technical milestones within their first month
- Create and organize training content using various tools to cover product architecture and methodologies
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement or training within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS
- Strong background in enterprise cybersecurity concepts and SaaS technology integrations
- Proven ability to conduct live technical demonstrations and evaluate technical competencies
- Experience with authoring and video editing tools, as well as project management platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to align cross-functional teams towards shared goals
