Technical Enablement Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing technical enablement function, the full-time Technical GTM Enablement Manager will design onboarding programs, build technical frameworks and playbooks, and lead technical readiness for product launches in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own onboarding and ramp for technical GTM roles, creating a structured program for faster productivity
- Build technical field frameworks and playbooks to standardize technical discovery, evaluation, and handoffs across teams
- Lead technical readiness for product launches, ensuring teams are prepared before general availability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or customer success engineering
- Experience building enablement programs for technical teams that have been successfully completed
- Hands-on fluency with APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues
- Demonstrated ability to extract content from busy subject matter experts and deliver it effectively
- Experience creating AI-dependent workflows and a clear understanding of their functionality without AI tools
