Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Enablement Manager, this full-time remote position will manage technical onboarding and training programs for Sales Engineers and other technical roles, ensuring fluency in the Cyberhaven platform and data security landscape.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage technical onboarding, including role-based ramp plans and certifications
- Create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and hands-on learning resources
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain training content related to product features and updates
Required qualifications
- Strong technical background in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Training
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data security concepts
- Experience building enablement programs in a B2B technology company
- Understanding of the enterprise technical sales cycle and value-selling methodologies
