Job Summary
Bridging the gap between engineering, product, and technical field roles, the full-time Technical Enablement Manager will design and maintain lab environments, coach teams on demo delivery, and develop technical playbooks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, scale, and maintain secure demo and testing environments for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
- Train technical teams on demo delivery best practices and effective objection handling during customer interactions
- Develop repeatable technical playbooks and methodologies to enhance deal conversion and post-sales efficiency
Required qualifications
- Direct experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Systems Engineer with live customer demos
- Strong foundation in enterprise cybersecurity and systems administration
- Experience building or scripting lab environments using automation tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Ability to engage and enable various technical personas across different teams
- Proficiency with instructional design tools and lab management platforms
