Job Summary
Serving as a cross-functional technology generalist, the full-time Technical Enablement Manager will manage the design and maintenance of demo environments, coach technical teams on effective demo delivery, and bridge communication between engineering and product teams, all while working flexibly or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, scale, and maintain secure demo and lab environments for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
- Train technical field teams on demo delivery best practices and value-based storytelling
- Develop technical playbooks and methodologies to enhance deal conversion and post-sales efficiency
Required qualifications
- Direct experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Systems Engineer with live demo delivery
- Strong foundation in enterprise cybersecurity and systems administration
- Experience with automation tools for building and maintaining demo environments
- Ability to engage and enable diverse technical audiences effectively
- Proficiency with instructional design tools and lab management platforms
