Technical Enablement Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of technical enablement programs, the full-time Technical Enablement Team Lead will develop learning experiences and content that empower pre-sales teams to effectively demonstrate and articulate the value of the platform, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical enablement strategy and design onboarding and ongoing training programs for pre-sales teams
- Lead the creation of technical content, ensuring it is clear and relevant to customer-facing teams
- Build partnerships across Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to align enablement efforts with business priorities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical enablement, sales engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical foundation in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or SASE technologies
- Proven ability to develop and deliver technical learning programs for pre-sales audiences
- Exceptional written and presentation skills for translating complex concepts into actionable insights
- Strong program management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
