Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time Technical Engineering Lead will establish the technical foundation for the Governance, Risk, and Compliance module while working remotely, focusing on designing a compliance rules engine and building reliable cloud services.
Key responsibilities
- Define the architecture for the EU AI Act Compliance Engine within the GRC module, including service boundaries and integration points
- Design a regulation-as-data approach to represent EU AI Act obligations in a maintainable rules engine
- Develop secure, reliable cloud-native services using Python and establish engineering practices for testing and code review
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience delivering production systems and making architecture decisions in complex technical domains
- Strong proficiency in Python and Golang, with a solid foundation in cloud architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with compliance, governance, risk, or policy-driven enterprise software
- Professional fluency in English
- A master's degree or equivalent advanced training in a relevant discipline is preferred
