Technical Field Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the VA ESOM contract, the full-time remote HAM Technical Field Implementation Specialist will lead change management initiatives, train field staff on ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, and ensure compliance with VA asset management policies while maintaining operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site-level change management activities and deliver training to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow HAM
• Interpret VA asset management policies and provide actionable guidance to field staff, ensuring compliance and addressing non-standard scenarios
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues related to hardware asset management and provide timely support to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical discipline (or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, change management, or IT asset management operations
• Working knowledge of IT hardware asset lifecycle activities and common device operating systems
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, including training and stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to interpret and apply policies and directives to ensure operational alignment
