Technical Implementation Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Analyst will manage lab certifications, automate processes, and serve as the primary contact for lab partners, ensuring seamless integration of customer data.
Key responsibilities
- Own lab certifications end-to-end, including building test plans and running cases for new requests
- Maintain oversight of approximately 30 certification processes simultaneously, proactively addressing any delays
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline manual certification tasks and improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in implementations, integrations, or technical support for API-based products
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience working in environments with active networks of partners and integrations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high ownership of tasks
- Familiarity with lab or healthcare data, including HL7 and EMRs, is a plus
