Technical Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary

To ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients, the full-time Technical Implementation Coordinator will manage the end-to-end implementation of digital solutions, including processing requests, tracking implementations, and providing post-implementation support, with the option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new requests for digital solutions, including data entry and cross-functional communication
• Track implementation progress and update stakeholders on completed and pending tasks
• Provide post-implementation support and mitigate challenges by collaborating with clients and internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in product/solution implementation, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of implementation processes and clinical workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain high ethical standards
• Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency
