Technical Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Driving successful client implementations, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Lead will serve as a technical subject matter expert, manage requirements gathering, and resolve complex data issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical configurations and implementation plans
- Serve as a technical advisor during client onboarding, guiding clients on integration capabilities and best practices
- Analyze and resolve data anomalies and inconsistencies through comprehensive validation and root cause analysis
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years direct experience in or integrating with Epic and/or Cerner EHRs
- 3+ years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in insurance recovery and complex claims
- Strong technical proficiency, including advanced SQL skills and experience with ELT processes and SSIS packages
- Preferred experience with HL7, FHIR, and APIs
