Technical Implementation Lead

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end implementation process, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Lead will manage technical discovery, solution design, and customer integrations involving the Easyship API, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise sales to map customer systems and validate product fit
• Owning solution design and scoping for API and custom implementations, including signing off on Statements of Work
• Managing multiple implementations simultaneously, tracking milestones, risks, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions architecture for enterprise SaaS products
• Expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, including authentication methods
• Proficiency with JSON, data mapping, SQL, and tools like Postman or Insomnia
• Experience writing Statements of Work and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong technical documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
