Technical Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the technical delivery of online booking solutions, the full-time Technical Implementation Manager will oversee implementations from kickoff through launch, driving process improvements and automation while working remotely in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of online booking tools, including configuration, testing, and post-launch support
- Apply knowledge of Web Services and XML to troubleshoot data integrations and technical issues
- Manage multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion and exceptional customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience implementing Concur or 3 years' experience with Deem or Cytric, including technical configuration
- Direct experience implementing or supporting FCM Booking is highly valued
- Basic understanding of Web Services and XML
- Demonstrated project leadership and project management experience
- Experience working with automation and process improvement initiatives
