Technical Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Technical Implementation Specialist on a contract basis who will manage the planning, configuration, implementation, and support of mobile device management and endpoint management using MS Intune and Azure/Entra for a government agency.
Key responsibilities
- Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment while ensuring security baselines and integration with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise
- Collaborate with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes
- Provide troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer to agency staff to support ongoing operations and implementation recommendations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with MS Intune and Endpoint Management
- 5+ years of experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with MS Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- 5+ years of experience configuring Conditional Access and compliance policies
- 5+ years of experience with device enrollment and application deployment
