Job Summary
Owning the technical execution of solution implementations, the full-time Technical Implementation Specialist will manage software installation, environment configuration, and integrations for new and existing customers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Independently complete technical implementation tasks, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software
- Deliver API and file-based integrations between CSI solutions and customer or third-party systems
- Plan and execute deployment activities, ensuring successful cutover and post-deployment validation
Required qualifications
- At least four years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or data integration roles
- Proficient SQL skills, including database refresh and restore for test environments
- Working knowledge of scripting, secure file transfer, and API integration patterns
- Education equivalent to a college degree in a technical discipline or relevant technical certification
- Experience with network connectivity and server administration
