Job Summary
Owning the technical execution of solution implementations, the full-time remote Technical Implementation Specialist will manage software installation, environment configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting for new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Independently complete technical implementation tasks and escalate high-risk issues as needed
- Install, configure, and tune software across customer and hosted environments, ensuring connectivity and service account setup
- Deliver API and file-based integrations while troubleshooting installation and data issues to ensure successful deployments
Required qualifications
- At least four years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or data integration roles
- Proficient SQL skills, including database refresh and restore for test environments
- Working knowledge of scripting, secure file transfer, and integration patterns
- Education equivalent to a college degree in a technical discipline or related certification
- Ability to travel as needed to support business requirements
