Job Summary
To enhance the Learning & Development team, the full-time Technical Instructional Design Manager will create and oversee instructional design for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering technicians, utilizing adult learning theory and innovative tools in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborates with technical SMEs to design training experiences that address skill gaps and client needs
- Utilizes generative AI to streamline curriculum development while ensuring instructional rigor and alignment with learning objectives
- Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback and technician performance assessments, iterating on content as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of broad Learning & Development experience
- 2-3 years of experience in designing technical learning offerings for field execution
- Background in Reliability and Maintenance Engineering training preferred
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and design software, such as WorkDay and Articulate
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or a related field preferred
