Technical Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Technical Lead will own the architectural pattern and integration approach for client engagements, ensuring technical quality and direction while mentoring AI Workflow Engineers and guiding project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document architectural patterns, ensuring alignment with security best practices and client requirements
- Review and approve AI Workflow Engineer builds, providing technical guidance and support across multiple client engagements
- Develop and mentor team members while contributing to continuous improvement and compliance with architectural standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration experience
- Proven experience leading complex technical architecture on client-facing delivery engagements
- Demonstrated experience with AI or automation platforms at enterprise scale
- Cloud certification (Azure preferred) or equivalent cloud architecture experience
