Technical Lead
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership and solution architecture guidance, the fully remote Technical Lead will manage software delivery teams supporting federal health programs, ensuring secure and scalable application development while mentoring developers and aligning technical execution with client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of software delivery workstreams in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Translate business needs and technical requirements into actionable design and implementation guidance
- Guide solution architecture for cloud-based applications, APIs, and data-connected systems
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States with eligibility for federal government clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development, systems design, or solution architecture
- Experience leading software delivery teams and designing cloud-based applications or APIs
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and experience with REST APIs and API documentation tools
