Technical Lead
Job Summary
As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Technical Lead will collaborate with product teams and architects to design scalable, secure solutions, mentor engineers, and oversee complex technical deliveries in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to gather and formalize business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
- Design and implement robust technical architectures while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Drive code quality initiatives and coach development teams on best practices and engineering standards
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack development, including infrastructure, data, and microservices
- Proven experience designing APIs and data-intensive applications in regulated environments such as financial services or insurance
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Strong familiarity with cloud services, DevOps methodologies, and architectural integration patterns
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Romanian is a plus
