Technical Lead
Job Summary
Leading cross-functional engineering teams, the full-time Technical Lead will manage the development and maintenance of the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) applications, ensuring technical design, architecture, and operational compliance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of functional requirements set by the HSIN Product Owner
- Oversee operations, maintenance, and incident response for HSIN applications
- Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement in Agile and DevSecOps practices
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of ten (10) years of software engineering experience, including at least four (4) years in a leadership role
- Experience with modern technologies including Drupal/PHP, Java, .NET, and AWS
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Client Public Trust suitability determination
